Description: Fine ruby red with purple highlights. The nose recalls blueberries and plums with delicate floral accents. On the palate it shows a good structure sustained by excellent tannins, sapidity and softness which make this wine balanced and complex thanks to its sensorial richness. The long persistence is coherent with the nose.

Food pairing: With rich pasta dishes and red meat or game main dishes.

Vinification and maturation: Obtained with organic grapes, it is vinified in maturation stainless steel tanks and refined in bottle for at least 3 months.
