Description: Luminous ruby red, of medium concentration, on the nose it offers a varied bouquet of fruity, floral and spicy notes. On the palate it is dry, elegant in its structure and finely balanced between silky tannins, softness and freshness. Long finish recalling fruits and spices.

Food pairing: With rich pasta dishes and red meat or game main dishes.

Vinification and maturation: Obtained with attentively selected grapes, after the vinification in steel tanks it rests for 18 months in barrels of medium capacity.
