The grapes used for Cerasuolo are harvested earlier than the ones used for all other Valle Reale wines. This is done in order to preserve the acidity of the must and the perfumes that, thanks to a modern yet respectful winemaking technique, based on the use of low temperatures, are preserved throughout all the technological processes carried out in the cellar.
Its vivid, particularly intense pink colour, with violet reflexes, distinguishes this Cerasuolo from all others of its kind and witnesses its provenience from a mountainous area which assures the preservation of anthocyans in the grapes. The aromatic hints recall wild cherries, coupled with the classic bon bon note, whereas, at the taste, its pleasant freshness and drinkability are what will linger the most in your mind.
