With its intense ruby red colour and its full dry aroma this wine is particularly suitable as an accompaniment for typical regional dishes and especially Roasts, game and cheeses. It should be served at room temperature, after having opened the bottle some time earlier, in order to appreciate best its aroma and flavour.
